We want you to love your Luminosa products. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@luminosa-skincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@luminosa-skincare.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
